We haven't caught up in a while and they would love to meet up for a coffee. That's fantastic we get to have a coffee and chat about all sorts of things and of course what's happening with their business etc all very interesting stuff. Not quite.

The moment we sit down for a coffee, their laptop comes out and we end up in a full on training session with me showing them how to update their website. All our websites are hooked up to a brilliant content management solution, when a website first goes live, we train clients how to use it.
